SALES LOGISTICS - READY TO BUY
To purchase an original YLW GALAXY work, you must contact us via our website or by email at ellaylw@gmail.com to request the purchase of the work. In your email, in addition to registration data, You must inform the name of the work you are interested in purchasing and the shipping address.
Our response time is up to 3 business days.
After receiving the necessary information, freight and shipping deadlines will be calculated, with the final value of the work updated to the customer via email.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to our canvases being produced without a structure. After approval of the final amount by the customer, a payment link will be sent.
Once payment has been made, the customer must send proof of payment via email and the work will then be sent for assembly and subsequently delivered by the contracted transport company.
Every work purchased contains a certificate of authenticity that is sent in advance via post, immediately after proof of payment.
After proof of payment, it is not possible to edit the delivery address.
SALES LOGISTICS – COMMISSIONS
To order art (be it: painting, wall, print, customization, etc.) just get in touch via our website or by email at ellaylw@gmail.com.
It is necessary to send all information, both personal and the requested art.
Required personal information:
Name, Telephone, Address, Social Network, Email
Art Information:
Size/Dimensions of the surface to be painted
References (example: if you want a landscape, send references to the location, a special collage, send the topics).
After sending the information above, a quote will be prepared considering the approximate work time, materials and delivery/travel, depending on the case. Once this budget is approved, a deadline will be provided for the execution of the work and delivery.
** The delivery process will follow the same process as the ready-to-deliver category boards.
For orders, payment will normally be divided as follows: 40% of the final amount to start the work, to be paid within 10 calendar days after approval of the budget (the link will be sent after approval of the final amount) and 60% after completing the production of the work, to be paid within 10 calendar days after completion (the link will be sent on the date of completion of the work) after approval and payment of the remaining 60%, the work will be sent).
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Events involving exchange or return must be reported to our Customer Service Center via email at ellaylw@gmail.com.
Refuse the merchandise if any of the following occurs:
• Open or damaged packaging;
• Defective product;
• Product not in normal/right quality
Return of Defective Product
In cases where manufacturing defects are found, the customer may request an exchange of the product within 7 (seven) calendar days.
Products must preferably be returned in the original packaging, along with manuals and accessories, as applicable.
The products will be analyzed by YLW GALAXY and, if it is found that there is no defect in the product, it will be sent back to the customer. In this case, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
YLW GALAXY has a period of 30 calendar days to resolve the customer's problem, from the date of receipt.
If it is impossible to repair or exchange the defective product, the customer may choose to cancel the purchase and return the amounts paid or to maintain a credit with YLW GALAXY for future purchases/orders.
Refund of Values
If the product meets the requirements above, the refund of the amount paid will follow the payment method, as follows:
• Payment made with Credit Cards via Mercado Pago: cancellation of the debt will be requested from your card administrator and the refund will occur within 02 (2) subsequent invoices.
• Payment made via PIX: the customer may choose to have the amount refunded to their current account or to maintain a credit of the corresponding amount with YLW GALAXY, to be used for future purchases or orders.
